How much does it cost to book a Party?
For All parties held at our Ahmazing Studio we require a $100.00 Studio fee (2.5(kids)/3(Adult)-hour time slot). Once the $100.00 Fee is paid in full and the date is confirmed, we can then move forward with creating the perfect painting for your party. The $100.00 fee is refundable if your event is canceled a minimum of 4 days before your scheduled party. Prices are Listed below:
ADULT Paint Parties -(17 and Older)
$25 .00
Cost is per person(**including the hostess ) and is in addition to Studio Fee or travel Fee (16 X 20) CANVAS
KIDS Paint Parties (7-16)
$15.00
Cost is per person and is in addition to Studio/Travel fee **including the hostess' child.
(11 x 14 or 12 x 16 CANVAS)
Kids Parties usually last anywhere between 2 .5 hours.
**Studio Fee :$100.00
**The Studio Fee is required to book your party and is in "ADDITION" to cost per person.
**PLEASE READ: All parties will start promptly 15 minutes after your scheduled party time whether all guest have arrived or not. **
What's the minimum/maximum number of Painters Required
-Minimum of 8 painters is required.
-Maximum at Our Ahmazing Studio is 25 painters. (Subject to Change)
**Note: If you agree to hold a party for 8 people and only 6 people come, you will still be charged for 8 people. We require a final headcount 2 days prior to the party date to prep canvases.
Hosting your Private Paint Party :
Party Time!
Food or Drinks are not provided; however, you are more than welcome to bring either in for your guests.
We provide 1 to 1 1/2 hours before your party start time to setup food, drinks and minimal decorations. We have 2 6ft tables available for setup ,along with a small area near the entrance for a backdrop/balloons if you desire to bring one.
We like to paint and party, so music is welcomed. Currently, we have accommodations for streaming music of your choice via a Bluetooth speaker.
Party Final Payment!
It is the responsibility of the host/hostess to collect the $15/$25 painting fee from your guests and provide payment to our Ahmazing team upon arrival at our location. (Payment is due before painting starts)
We do offer an option to setup a "Private Party" payment portal for your guests via our site. If you would prefer this option, please let us know and we will provide you with a link.
